We had our meeting Sunday, June 22, 2025 to discuss the upcoming show on October 17 and 18, 2025. Discussed events for the show, upcoming Raffle ticket sale (tickets will be available at Tractor supply located in Claremore (dates listed below) you can also contact one of the members for tickets. Changes to the show events so everyone can enjoy all the events held during show times.
There will be a Bake Sale starting at the Bean Feed on Thursday. If you are interested in donating and Baked goods, please bring them to the registration booth or locate Kathy or Dorothy or Debra.
We are in need of Food Vendors! If you are interested in setting up your Food truck or tent call one of us for information!

Newsletter:
We will be distributing a newsletter for the club quarterly. If you would like to advertise something please email the club the information so we can get it added to the newsletter. Next newsletter will be sent out before the show! If you gave us your email we will email it to you and it will be sent through the mail.
Route 66 Flywheelers Annual or New Membership: Please speak to Debra Myles or Dorthy Shoefstall to join or renew your club membership which is $15.00 yearly with $5.00 for each additional family member.
